Smruti Ranjan Sethy repatriated to parent cadre

Smruti Ranjan Sethy, Director (JS level), Inspection & Quality Control, Export Inspection Council of India, New Delhi, under the Department of Commerce, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre to avail the benefits of promotion in the cadre. He is a 1994 batch officer of Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME).
