XTGlobal Infotech appoints Saibaba Karuturi Chairperson, rejigs board

Saibaba Karuturi has been appointed as Chairperson of the Board of XTGlobal Infotech Limited following the cessation of Venkata Appala Narasimha Raju Kalidindi as Director and Chairperson. Meanwhile, Venkata Madhusudhana Rao Paladugu has been appointed as an Independent Director and Jitesh Raghu Mullapudi as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Jagannatha Prasad Malireddy has also ceased to be a Director of the company.
