Major reshuffle of IPS officers in Maharashtra (UPDATED)

As many as 21 IPS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Maharashtra. Accordingly, Rakesh Ola has been appointed as Deputy Police Commissioner, Mumbai, while Somnath Gharge was made SP, Ahilyanagar and Anchal Dalal is now SP, Raigadh. Similarly, Mahendra Pandit has been appointed as Deputy Police Commissioner, Thane city; Yogesh Kumar Gupta as SP, Kolhapur; Bacchan Singh as Commandant, State Armed Force, Bt 4, Nagpur; Archit Chandak as SP, Akola; Mangesh Shinde as SP, Railway, Nagpur; Rajtilak Roshan as Deputy Police Commissioner, Mumbai; Balasaheb Patil as SPk Nashik Rural; Yatish Deshmukh as SP, Palghar; Saurabh Agarwal as SP, CID, Pune; Mohan Dahikar as SP, Sindhudurg; Vishwa Pansare as Commandant, State Armed Police Force, Bt 9, Amarwati; Nilesh Tambe as SP, Buldhana; Sameer Aslam Sheikh as Deputy Police Commissioner, Mumbai; Tushar Doshi as SP, Satara; Somay Vinayak Munde as Deputy Police Commissioner, Division 9, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar; Jayant Meena as SP, Latur, Nitin Bagate was made SP, Ratnagiri and Ritu Khokar was made SP, Dharashiv.
