Ms. Vandana Bhatnagar, who is presently working as Chief Administrative Officer/Passenger Information System (CAO/PIS) in Northern Railway, has been posted as Chief Administrative Officer/Passenger Services (CAO/PS) on the Railway itself. She is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
