M Uma Shankar Kumar, who is presently serving as Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (Planning-II), South Central Railway (SCR), has been transferred to Research Design and Standards Organisation (RDSO) and posted as Executive Director (Tele-II), RDSO, Secunderabad. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
