They are: Jayanta Kumar Ray of AGMUT; Hari Pramod Kumar Tiwari of Assam-Meghalaya; Topeshwar Verma of Chhattisgarh; Pankaj Joshi of Gujarat; Sujan Singh of Haryana; Lalchand Dadel of Jharkhand; Niyaz Ahmed Khan of MP; Kenilo Apon of Nagaland; Dr Niten Chandra of Odisha; Mahendra Soni of Punjab; Himanshu Kumar of Uttar Pradesh and Sital Chandra Mondal of West Bengal cadre.
