Sadanand Vasant Date is new DGP, Maharashtra (UPDATED)
Sadanand Vasant Date has been appointed as Director General of Police (DGP), Head of Police in Maharashtra. Date, who belongs to a 1990 batch IPS officer of Maharashtra cadre, will render his service for two-year fixed tenure.
