Naveen Kumar, who is presently posted as Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (PCEE), South Eastern Railway (SER), has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Braithwaite & Company Limited (BCL), in addition to his own duties. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
