Ajay Kumar, who is presently posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME), Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW), has been delegated the Administrative and Financial powers of the post of Principal Chief Administrative Officer (Pr. CAO), PLW, during the leave period of Ajay Nandan, General Manager, Rail Coach Factory (RCF), who is looking after the charge of the post of Pr. CAO/PLW. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
