Manoj Kumar Singh, who is presently posted as Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Katihar (KIR), Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been granted extension in his tenure by one year. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
