Addl Chief Secretaries visit ‘Jan Sampark Kendra’ to redress public grievances in Rajasthan (UPDATED)

Acting at the direction of Chief Minister, Bhajan Lal Sharma to lead the transformational reforms in 'Jan Sampark', all the Additional Chief Secretaries visited 'Jan Sampark Kendra' and interacted with the citizens in order to enhance the quality of grievance redressal every day since March 1, 2026. Chief Secretary, V Srinivas informed that the citizen satisfaction of public grievance redressal in 'Jan Sampark' crossed 80 percent in March 2026 in Rajasthan.

The Chief Secretary said that the Government of Rajasthan is deeply committed to timely, effective and meaningful redressal of public grievances in the State.
