Ashutosh Singh, who is presently serving in North Central Railway (NCR), has been transferred to Indian Railways Institute of Transport Management (IRITM) and posted as Professor (Commercial, Training & Vigilance). He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
