Sirra Santhi Raju, who is presently serving as Additional Director General (ADG), Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management (IRIFM), has been transferred to South East Central Railway (SECR) and posted as Principal Financial Adviser (PFA). He is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer.
