As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, HURL Barauni organized the valedictory ceremony of Project Saksham 2.0 in association with CIPET, Hajipur, aimed at enhancing employability and empowering local youth through skill development. During the programme, Course Completion Certificates and Job Offer Letters were distributed to 50 trainees who successfully completed training in Machine Operator – Plastic Processing and Machine Operator – Injection Moulding trades. The ceremony was attended by Business Unit Head, HURL Barauni; Vice President (HR), HURL; and other senior officials of HURL.
Addressing the trainees, the dignitaries congratulated them on their successful completion of the programme and encouraged them to pursue excellence, continuous learning, and professionalism in their careers. Through initiatives like Project Saksham, HURL remains committed to promoting skill development, enhancing employability, and contributing to the socio-economic empowerment of local communities.
