Pawan Kumar appointed ED (J&K, Jammu Project), IRCON
Pawan Kumar, formerly on deputation with Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), has been selected for deputation to IRCON International Limited as Executive Director, Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu Project, for a period of seven years from his initial period of deputation with DFCCIL/RVNI that is with effect from September 16, 2016, to September 15, 2023. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
