Dinesh Pant steps down as NSE Nominee Director following IRDAI appointment

Dinesh Pant has resigned as a Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) Nominee and Non-Independent Director on the Board of National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The resignation follows his appointment as Member (Actuary) at the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
