IAS officers transferred in HP, new DCs appointed in 2 dists

The Himachal Pradesh government has transferred Deputy Commissioners of two districts and made changes to senior-level administrative responsibilities. Rahul Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Bilaspur, has been appointed Managing Director of the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC). He replaced Shivam Pratap Singh, who was holding the additional charge of the post. Kiran Bhadana, Deputy Commissioner of Lahaul-Spiti, has been appointed the new Deputy Commissioner of Bilaspur. Nivedita Negi, Secretary of the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of Lahaul-Spiti.

The government has also reassigned responsibilities at the Secretary level. Dr Yunus, Secretary (State Taxes and Excise), has been given additional charge of the General Administration Department, the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, and Parliamentary Affairs. Meanwhile, Ashish Singhmar, Secretary to the Chief Minister and Secretary (Health and Family Welfare), has been relieved of these additional responsibilities.
