Infor Edge appoints Himanshu Agarwal Whole-Time Director & CFO

Himanshu Agarwal has assumed office as Chief Financial Officer and Additional Director of Info Edge (India) Limited with effect from September 17, 2026, and will be designated as Whole-Time Director and CFO. He brings more than 29 years of professional experience, having held senior roles at ICI India, AstraZeneca Pharma, Akzo Nobel India, Huhtamaki Oyj, and Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd.

Meanwhile, Ambarish Raghuvanshi’s tenure as Interim CFO and KMP will conclude with effect from September 16, 2026.

Separately, Naresh Chand Gupta has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a fiver-year term with effect from October 1, 2026. Gupta, peviously served on the Info Edge board until March 2023, is currently a designated partner at Accuracap Technologies and serves on the boards of eClerx Services and NoPaperForms Solutions. He previously served as the Managing Director of Adobe Systems India.
