Kalpataru Projects International appoints Amit Uplenchwar as Joint MD and CEO

Amit Uplenchwar has been appointed as an Additional Director, Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kalpataru Projects International Limited, effective January 1, 2027. Uplenchwar has over three decades of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, mergers and acquisitions and international business management across infrastructure and other sectors. Before joining Kalpataru Projects, he held key positions at Hindustan Construction Company, Adani Ports and SEZ, Dodsal Engineering and Construction and Arthur Andersen. During his over six years with the company, he has contributed to strategic initiatives, international expansion and the acquisition of major projects, including those from Saudi Aramco.
