IVP Ltd appoints Ranjeev Lodha as Chairman; Rajkumar Lekhwani steps down

Ranjeev Lodha, Non-Executive Independent Director, IVP Limited, has been designated as Chairman of the Board, succeeding Rajkumar Lekhwani, who has stepped down as Director and Chairman. Meanwhile, Deepak Kumar Jajodia has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company.
