Lakheswar Saikia appointed Principal Chief Operations Manager, NFR

Lakheswar Saikia, who is presently serving in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been appointed as Principal Chief Operations Manager (PCOM) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
