NIA moves toward decentralisation with regional offices

NIA continues to build a geographically distributed structure, with headquarters and branch/zonal offices extending from Delhi to Guwahati, Imphal, Dimapur, Jammu, Raipur, Bengaluru and other centres. This decentralisation is increasingly important for rapid investigation of cross-border and interstate terror conspiracies.
