NOCIL Ltd re-appoints Hrishikesh A. Mafatlal as Executive Chairman

Hrishikesh A. Mafatlal has been re-appointed as Executive Chairman of NOCIL Limited, effective August 19, 2026. Meanwhile, Sanjiv Lal and Sabyaschi Patnaik have been appointed as Independent Directors of the company.
