Rajshree Roy joins Padmanabh Industries board as Ind. Director

Ms. Rajshree Roy has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of Padmanabh Industries Limited. Meanwhile, Harpalsingh Parmar has resigned as an Independent Director of the company.
