Trent Ltd appoints Bahram Vakil as Chairman, as Noel Tata steps down

Bahram Vakil has been appointed Chairman of Trent Limited with effect from November 12, 2026, succeeding Noel N. Tata, who will retire from the positions of Chairman and Director on November 11. Separately, Rajiv Dube has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, while Kalpana Merchant has been appointed as an Additional Director and Independent Director of the board.
