UP facing pressure to reshuffle IAS and IPS officers

The UP administration is facing pressure to implement the ECI order to transfer those IAS and IPS officers who have completed more than three years at one place, but it is not an easy task for them because most of the bureaucrats are highly connected and this is the reason the action is pending.
