whispers in the corridors
Patriotism was in the air and the Tiranga in every heart as Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) celebrated the 79th Independence Day at its Head Office with great zeal and enthusiasm. The celebrations commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by Dr. S.P. Mohanty, Managing Director, HURL, in the presence of employees and their families. As the tricolour unfurled, the gathering joined in singing the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with pride and unity. Addressing the audience, Dr. Mohanty said, “The tricolour reminds us of our duty to serve the nation with integrity, dedication, and innovation.” He also lauded the commitment of the HURL team in contributing to the nation’s agricultural growth and self-reliance. The highlight of the morning was a heart-warming cultural programme by children, featuring soulful recitations and spirited dance performances. The young participants captivated everyone with their enthusiasm, infusing the event with innocence, joy, and patriotic pride. The celebration concluded with a renewed pledge by all to uphold the values of freedom, work towards nation-building, and contribute meaningfully to India’s progress.
