whispers in the corridors
NBCC (India) Limited has organised a one-day training programme for its officials as part of the Government of India’s Rashtriya Karmayogi – Serving the Karmayogi Way initiative, launched by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC). The Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Programme is a large-scale behavioural training initiative designed to instil Seva Bhaav (spirit of public service). It aims to transform work culture across the government by embedding values of empathy, integrity and service excellence. Through an interactive and immersive approach, participants were sensitised on the ethos of public service, leadership in governance, and citizen-centric delivery. NBCC’s active participation in this programme underscores its commitment to not just physical infrastructure development but also building a strong foundation of skilled, motivated, and service-oriented professionals.
