Five IAS officers have been given new postings in Bihar. Narmadeshwar Lal has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Sugarcane Industry Department and he will continue to hold his additional charge as Inquiry Commissioner, General Administration Department, while B Kartikeya Dhanji takes over as Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department and he will continue to retain his additional charge as Inquiry Commissioner, GAD, and has also been given additional charge of Secretary, Industries Department. Similarly, Mrs Tshering Y Bhutia has been posted as Additional Secretary, Health Department; Yashpal Meena as Additional Secretary, Health Department; Rajnish Kumar Singh as Registrar, Cooperative Societies and he will continue to hold his additional charge as Additional Director, Bihar Vikas Mission. Besides, Anshul Agrawal is shifted as Inspector General of Registration-cum-Excise Commissioner, Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department.
