Manoj Kumar Gangeya appointed Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal
Manoj Kumar Gangeya, who is presently serving as Executive Director (Planning), Railway Board, has been appointed on deputation as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Coal for a tenure of five years. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
