Four IAS officers have been given new postings in W Bengal. Dr Rashmi Kamal has been appointed as Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration, while Mrs Choten Dhendup Lama, PS, Tribal Development, will also handle charge of PS, Paschimanchal Unnayan Affairs Department and Binod Kumar will join as Additional Chief Secretary, School Education Department with additional charge of Higher Education Department and State Editor, West Bengal District Gazetteers. Besides, Chinmoy Dey is now Special Commissioner, GST, Durgapur.
